Final Accounting Standards Issued
- In September 2026, the FASB issued ASU 2026-03—Fair Value Measurement (Topic 820): Investment Companies with Equity Securities Subject to Contractual Sale Restrictions. The amendments also require that investment companies within the scope of Topic 946 disclose the amount of the discount attributable to the contractual sale restriction. It is effective for all entities for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027, and for interim reporting periods within those annual reporting periods. Early adoption is permitted.
